The Cybersecurity Services Centre
A hub offering free, practical cybersecurity training and services to organizations working in critical community infrastructure. Trainings are delivered both in person and through webinars, alongside services offered via open calls—apply for the specific support you need, when it becomes available in your country.
How it works
We run country-specific open calls for individual services throughout the year. Rather than applying to a single, overarching programme, organizations can apply directly for the specific support they need, when it becomes available.
Each open call focuses on a particular service in a specific country. For example, organizations might be invited to apply by a set date for free VPN services in Germany, or for phishing simulation support in Ireland.
Services Offered
We provide non-intrusive, practical services that strengthen your security without requiring deep access to your internal systems. Eligible organizations receive all services for free, along with financial support for implementation.Â
Security Health Check
We offer a review of your organization’s current cybersecurity setup, highlighting gaps and quick wins.
Risk Awareness Sessions
We provide short workshops to help staff recognize risks and adopt safer online practices.
Website Security Scan
We conduct scans for common vulnerabilities on your website to ensure it is not an easy target.
Phishing Simulations
We test and train your team against realistic phishing emails to reduce the chance of a breach.
VPN Provision
We provide VPN business accounts to secure communications and remote work, along with training.
MFA Roll-Out
We provide password manager training and security keys to implement multi-factor authentication across your organization.
Email Domain Checks
We help protect your domain so attackers can’t impersonate your email address.

Non-intrusive services
We provide non-intrusive services that improve security without needing full access to your internal systems. This includes phishing simulations, VPN set up, email security tests, and scans of your website.
We don't provide
Intrusive services
What we don’t provide are intrusive services such as full system penetration testing, active incident response, or ongoing monitoring of your internal networks. These require deeper access, which we don’t offer.

Training and Webinars
We also offer cybersecurity training to support organizations build internal awareness and practical skills. These include both in-person sessions and online webinars. You can sign up separately for training, independent of the open calls for services.

A two-day intensive course providing a structured and policy-relevant understanding of cyber conflict, geopolitical competition, and emerging digital threats.
This initiative is open to a wide range of organizations that contribute to the functioning and resilience of communities at the local or regional level.
This includes nonprofits, public entities, cooperatives, and private organizations with a clear community-oriented role. Organizations do not need to formally identify as Critical Community Infrastructure (CCI), as long as their work supports essential community services, networks, or activities.
