The Cyber Security Seminars at TUM blend classroom learning with hands-on, real-world applications, and build on the concept of Project Weeks for collaboration with a wide range of organisations, in particular many leading industry partners. Students can expect an immersive experience, combining theory with practice. Highlights include gamified learning through hacking competitions, offering a fun, interactive way to learn cyber security concepts. Additionally, capstone projects with our partners provide invaluable, practical experience. This dynamic approach prepares students to become the next generation of IT security professionals, equipped with the skills and knowledge to tackle the challenges of current digital world.
We are excited to introduce the new concept of Cyber Security Seminars at TUM with the support of Google and Virtual Routes. The grants allow us to design and implement a new course format with high quality, fitting the needs of modern education. The Cyber Security Seminars reflect the university’s commitment to offering a well-rounded education, where students can apply what they learn in meaningful ways, gaining valuable skills for their future careers.
