About the institution
ESIEA, founded in 1958, is a French graduate school of engineering for computer sciences. Operated as a non-profit association under French Law 1901 and governed by its alumni, it is the only school in France run by graduates. Holding EESPIG status, confirming its public interest mission, ESIEA offers both engineering and bachelor’s degrees accredited by the CTI (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieur). It also provides continuing education programs such as specialized master’s degrees in cybersecurity and AI, and expert-level diplomas. With campuses in Paris/Ivry-sur-Seine, Laval, Agen, and DAX, ESIEA prepares responsible professionals to address societal and environmental challenges through technology.
About the program
The Google.org Cybersecurity Seminars at ESIEA aim to provide advanced cybersecurity training to students. Following their training, students will apply their newly acquired skills to assist Local Community Organizations (LCOs) in areas such as cybersecurity awareness, penetration testing, and regulatory compliance. This program is part of ESIEA’s broader commitment to training highly skilled professionals capable of tackling the increasing challenges of cybersecurity and contributing to a safer digital environment, especially in France.
As an historical leader in cybersecurity education in France, ESIEA is fully committed to the success of this program and to developing the cybersecurity professionals of tomorrow. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Google.org, to Virtual Routes for their support in helping us implement this project, and to the Silicon Valley donor-advised fund association for their generosity in making this possible.
