Interpol-led worldwide action called Operation Synergia III led to the disruption of 45,000 malicious IP addresses, the arrest of 94 people, and the seizure of 212 electronic devices and servers. It focused on targeting phishing, malware and ransomware operations and involved law enforcement from 72 countries as well as private partners Group-IB, Trend Micro and S2W.
