Christina Rupp is a 2026-2027 European Cybersecurity Fellow. She is also Lead for International Cybersecurity Policy at interface, a European non-profit and independent tech policy think tank, where she focuses on EU cybersecurity policy and cyber diplomacy.
In this capacity, she has conducted and published research on the implementation of UN cyber norms, governmental capabilities to detect cybersecurity threats, ENISA and the EU cybersecurity policy ecosystem, the official public attribution of cyber operations, software supply chain security, and Germany’s institutional cybersecurity architecture.
Christina holds an M.Sc. in Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, an LL.M. in Public International Law from the University of Amsterdam, and a B.A. in Political Science, Sociology, and Public Law from the University of Bonn.
