The Virtual Routes European Cybersecurity Fellowship welcomes fifteen new fellows for 2025-2026 from government, civil society, academia and the private sector.

The fellowship is led by Merle Maigre, Fellowship Senior Advisor at Virtual Routes, and Programme Director of Cybersecurity at Estonia’s e-Governance Academy, and Max Smeets, Co-Director of Virtual Routes.
