M\u016f\u017eete se tak\u00e9 setkat s pojmem rovnost. Rovnost se t\u00fdk\u00e1 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed nep\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek v p\u0159\u00edstupu k p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostem a zdroj\u016fm, kter\u00fdm m\u016f\u017ee n\u011bkdo \u010delit.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>R\u016eZNOST<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Rozmanitost zahrnuje uzn\u00e1n\u00ed a ocen\u011bn\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed a znalost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jednotlivec m\u00e1.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>INCLUSION<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Inkluze zahrnuje vytvo\u0159en\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde lid\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt sami sebou, vyjad\u0159ovat a sd\u00edlet sv\u00e9 n\u00e1zory a kde jsou v\u00edt\u00e1ny a podporov\u00e1ny rozd\u00edly mezi jednotlivci.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 br\u00e1t v \u00favahu rozmanitost v nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm slova smyslu. Ta p\u0159esahuje obvykl\u00e9 prvky jako rasa, etnick\u00fd p\u016fvod, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, v\u011bk, schopnosti \/ posti\u017een\u00ed a sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed orientace a zahrnuje faktory, jako je vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, socioekonomick\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed, status migranta \/ uprchl\u00edka, geografick\u00e1 rozmanitost (venkov nebo m\u011bsto), kulturn\u00ed a jazykov\u00e1 rozmanitost a rozmanitost z hlediska zp\u016fsob\u016f my\u0161len\u00ed a pohledu na sv\u011bt, v\u010detn\u011b, ale nejen, neurodiverzity.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm zast\u0159e\u0161uj\u00edc\u00edm r\u00e1mcem, kter\u00fd je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit, je intersekcionalita. Intersekcionalitu lze ch\u00e1pat jako teorii, metodologii, paradigma, \u010do\u010dku nebo r\u00e1mec, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee uplatnit inkluzivn\u00ed prvek ve va\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1ci. V podstat\u011b jde o rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed mnoho\u010detn\u00fdch a vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se k\u0159\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00edch identit, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk (jako je v\u011bk, pohlav\u00ed, sexu\u00e1ln\u00ed orientace, rasa, n\u00e1rodnost, status migranta, zdravotn\u00ed posti\u017een\u00ed, n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed, etnick\u00fd p\u016fvod, vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, status chudoby, geografick\u00e1 poloha (venkov \/ m\u011bsto), rodinn\u00fd stav atd.), a toho, jak tato komplexnost tvo\u0159\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st \u017eivotn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>\"<strong>INTERSEKCIONALITA<\/strong> uzn\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee \u017eivoty lid\u00ed jsou<br \/>utv\u00e1\u0159eny jejich identitou, vztahy a soci\u00e1ln\u00edmi faktory. Jejich kombinac\u00ed vznikaj\u00ed vz\u00e1jemn\u011b se k\u0159\u00ed\u017e\u00edc\u00ed formy privilegi\u00ed a \u00fatlaku v z\u00e1vislosti na kontextu \u010dlov\u011bka a existuj\u00edc\u00edch mocensk\u00fdch struktur\u00e1ch, jako je patriarch\u00e1t, ableismus, kolonialismus, imperialismus, homofobie a rasismus.\"<sup>3<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Tyto v\u00edcen\u00e1sobn\u00e9 identity mohou umoc\u0148ovat st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed formy marginalizace nebo diskriminace. Nap\u0159\u00edklad star\u0161\u00ed \u017eena se zdravotn\u00edm posti\u017een\u00edm \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v odlehl\u00e9 venkovsk\u00e9 lokalit\u011b bude m\u00edt jin\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a mo\u017en\u00e9 formy diskriminace ne\u017e mlad\u00e1, zdrav\u00e1 \u017eena ve m\u011bst\u011b a tyto r\u016fzn\u00e9 prvky v\u011bku, schopnost\u00ed, pohlav\u00ed a zem\u011bpisn\u00e9 polohy, krom\u011b jin\u00fdch faktor\u016f identity, spole\u010dn\u011b utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed to, k\u00fdm je a jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem m\u00e1 p\u0159\u00edstup ke slu\u017eb\u00e1m. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby se p\u0159i vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti zohled\u0148ovaly mnoho\u010detn\u00e9 a p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se \u010d\u00e1sti identity \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f, jako\u017e i identita \u010dlov\u011bka a jeho vztah k moci.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed princip je \"<strong>ne\u0161kodit<\/strong>\".<sup>4 <\/sup>&nbsp;N\u011bkdy mohou programy ne\u00famysln\u011b posilovat stereotypy nebo soci\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010di kulturn\u00ed normy a postoje, kter\u00e9 posiluj\u00ed diskriminaci nebo nerovnost. Zaveden\u00ed EDI na pracovi\u0161ti a ve t\u0159\u00edd\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed pozitivn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kde mohou lid\u00e9 s r\u016fzn\u00fdm z\u00e1zem\u00edm spolupracovat a u\u010dit se jeden od druh\u00e9ho. Je to p\u0159\u00ednosn\u00e9 pro studenty i vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a je to v souladu s \u0161ir\u0161\u00edmi spole\u010densk\u00fdmi o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edmi, \u017ee pracovi\u0161t\u011b a vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed instituce budou inkluzivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Za druh\u00e9, p\u0159ijet\u00ed proaktivn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed v oblasti EDI zvy\u0161uje produktivitu organizac\u00ed i jednotlivc\u016f a zlep\u0161uje kybernetickou bezpe\u010dnost.<sup>5<\/sup> P\u0159\u00edstup EDI je nejen spr\u00e1vn\u00fd a podporuje p\u0159\u00edstup ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00fd na lidsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1vech, ale je tak\u00e9 dobr\u00fd pro v\u00fdsledky programu a zlep\u0161uje rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Je prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee rozmanit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed organizace dosahuj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f a p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed lep\u0161\u00ed rozhodnut\u00ed. Zejm\u00e9na je p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1no i prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee rovnost \u017een a mu\u017e\u016f podporuje lep\u0161\u00ed podm\u00ednky na pracovi\u0161ti, lep\u0161\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed produktivitu, v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu a lep\u0161\u00ed politiku a \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Opak je tak\u00e9 pravdou. Nedostate\u010dn\u00e1 znalost a anal\u00fdza probl\u00e9m\u016f a pot\u0159eb c\u00edlov\u00fdch skupin a p\u0159\u00edjemc\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k p\u0159ijet\u00ed nevhodn\u00fdch nebo \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u00fdch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed t\u011bchto probl\u00e9m\u016f a pot\u0159eb. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby \u00favahy o EDI byly v pop\u0159ed\u00ed z\u00e1jmu p\u0159i navrhov\u00e1n\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, aby l\u00e9pe reagovalo na pot\u0159eby v\u0161ech \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f, co\u017e n\u00e1sledn\u011b povede k vytvo\u0159en\u00ed robustn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho, komplexn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho a udr\u017eiteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>...podpora rovn\u00e9ho, r\u016fznorod\u00e9ho a inkluzivn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a studenty na univerzit\u00e1ch a v pr\u016fmyslu p\u0159il\u00e1k\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 talenty a pom\u016f\u017ee rozvoji oboru kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/figure>\n<p>Podpora rovn\u00e9ho, r\u016fznorod\u00e9ho a inkluzivn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a studenty na univerzit\u00e1ch a v pr\u016fmyslu nakonec p\u0159il\u00e1k\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 talenty a pom\u016f\u017ee rozvoji oboru kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. Vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed inkluzivn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed na univerzit\u00e1ch zlep\u0161uje kulturu EDI v budouc\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v nich\u017e studenti pracuj\u00ed, co\u017e m\u00e1 pozitivn\u00ed dopad na tato odv\u011btv\u00ed.<sup>6<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Zaveden\u00ed EDI vy\u017eaduje \u010das a n\u011bkdy i dal\u0161\u00ed lidsk\u00e9 a finan\u010dn\u00ed zdroje. Nelze o\u010dek\u00e1vat, \u017ee budete zav\u00e1d\u011bt EDI ve v\u0161ech oblastech vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti na v\u0161ech \u00farovn\u00edch. D\u016frazn\u011b v\u00e1m v\u0161ak doporu\u010dujeme, abyste co nejd\u0159\u00edve podnikli kroky k za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed EDI do co nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho po\u010dtu oblast\u00ed. Za prv\u00e9 je relevantn\u00ed pro vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed a administrativu semin\u00e1\u0159e, v\u010detn\u011b u\u010ditel\u016f, mana\u017eer\u016f a instruktor\u016f. Za druh\u00e9 je relevantn\u00ed pro studenty, kte\u0159\u00ed se semin\u00e1\u0159\u016f \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed a u\u010d\u00ed se ze zdroj\u016f, kurz\u016f a aktivit poskytovan\u00fdch univerzitou. Zat\u0159et\u00ed je relevantn\u00ed pro organizace m\u00edstn\u00ed komunity (LCO), kter\u00e9 od t\u011bchto student\u016f dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed pomoc v oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Mnoho agentur zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se kybernetickou bezpe\u010dnost\u00ed ji\u017e podporuje EDI.<sup>7<\/sup>&nbsp; Britsk\u00e9 N\u00e1rodn\u00ed centrum kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti (NCSC) provedlo pr\u016fkopnick\u00fd v\u00fdzkum rozmanitosti v odv\u011btv\u00ed kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti ve Spojen\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed.<sup>8<\/sup>&nbsp; V EU se agentura ENISA zasazuje o za\u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed a odstran\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159edsudk\u016f prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kampan\u011b #CyberAll.<sup>9<\/sup>&nbsp; Na \u00farovni vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed existuje \u0159ada univerzitn\u00edch iniciativ v souvisej\u00edc\u00edch oborech. KDO?<\/h3>\n<p>Studenti oboru kybernetick\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnost a p\u0159\u00edbuzn\u00fdch obor\u016f p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed budouc\u00ed pracovn\u00ed s\u00edlu v oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. Zn\u00e1m\u00fd pr\u016fzkum spole\u010dnosti ICS2 uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee \u017eeny tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze 24% pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly v oblasti kybernetick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti, co\u017e je zlep\u0161en\u00ed oproti 11% v roce 2017.<sup>13<\/sup> Mnoho skupin je v\u0161ak v t\u00e9to oblasti st\u00e1le nedostate\u010dn\u011b zastoupeno, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e rozd\u00edly mezi jednotliv\u00fdmi skupinami jsou v\u00fdrazn\u00e9. Asiatky p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed 8% pracovn\u00ed s\u00edly, \u010derno\u0161ky 9% a hisp\u00e1nsk\u00e9 \u017eeny 4%. Flexibiln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup ke struktu\u0159e v\u00fduky by se m\u011bl t\u00fdkat t\u0159\u00ed oblast\u00ed: m\u00edsta, tempa a zp\u016fsobu studia.
