Open-source software (OSS) tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad v\u00edce ne\u017e 90% modern\u00edch technologi\u00ed a m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdznam jak pro dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce v oblasti AI, tak pro kybernetickou bezpe\u010dnost. P\u0159esto jsou komunity OSS jako geopolitick\u00e9 akt\u00e9ry st\u00e1le nedostate\u010dn\u011b zkoum\u00e1ny, a to navzdory jejich rostouc\u00edmu vlivu na spr\u00e1vu technologi\u00ed, bezpe\u010dnost a inovace. Porozum\u011bn\u00ed jejich motivac\u00edm, organizaci a metod\u00e1m je st\u00e1le d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee komunity OSS se li\u0161\u00ed jak od technologick\u00fdch firem s charakteristikami podobn\u00fdmi st\u00e1tn\u00edm org\u00e1n\u016fm, tak od nest\u00e1tn\u00edch kybernetick\u00fdch akt\u00e9r\u016f. Jejich decentralizovan\u00e1, nadn\u00e1rodn\u00ed a \u010dasto pseudonymn\u00ed povaha jim prop\u016fj\u010duje dvoj\u00ed identitu.
